Through this Whistleblower Channel you can inform Aresbank, S.A. (hereinafter Aresbank) confidentially (including anonymously, if you wish) of acts or omissions that may constitute breaches or violations of law. In particular:
- Acts or omissions that may constitute breaches of European Union law.
- Actions or omissions that may constitute a serious or very serious criminal or administrative offence. In any case, all serious or very serious criminal or administrative offences involving financial loss to the Treasury and Social Security will be understood to be included.
Aresbank is a financial institution firmly committed to the values of transparency and integrity. Good faith communications will never be subject to reprisals and will be treated with due confidentiality and with all the guarantees set out in Law 2/2023, of 20 February, regulating the protection of persons who report regulatory infringements and the fight against corruption.
We also inform you that you can make these communications through the communication channel set up by the Independent Whistleblower Protection Authority or other public bodies.
