Documentation required for the opening of current accounts for Companies
Aresbank Current Account
In compliance with current regulations on the Prevention of Money Laundering and the Financing of Terrorism and in accordance with the criteria of transparency and good banking practice, the following documentation must be submitted when applying to open current accounts with companies(*):
Listed companies whose securities are admitted to trading on a regulated market in the EU or equivalent third countries, as well as their branches and majority-owned subsidiaries
- Know Your Customer (KYC) form (Download)
- Copy of the Power of Attorney granted to the representatives, translated into Spanish or English and duly legalised.
Copy of the National Identity Card / Passport / or any other official document that clearly identifies the proxy. - FATCA/CRS Statement (Download)
- Completed and signed Signature Acknowledgement Card(s) (Download).
- Liability disclaimer form (Download)
In addition and for the rest of the companies
- Copy of the company’s articles of incorporation and/or bylaws, translated into Spanish or English and duly legalised.
- Copy of the company’s VAT number.
- Copy of the company’s financial statements, audited if possible, for the previous 2 years.
